Details:
Morning game play starts at 10:00 am and afternoon play at 3:30 pm. Option for 18 hole play at 1:30 pm (8-12 spots available).
Rounds of golf are $35 + $5 Ladies Day Pot (9 holes) and $45 + $5 (18 holes). Power carts, pull carts, meals and drinks 50/50 are extra.
The first 32 players to register for 9 hole morning play and first 96 players to sign up for afternoon play (starting at 3:30) and 8 spots for 18 holes (starting at 1:30) will be on the regular list – all others still interested will go on the wait list. (Most waitlist ladies will golf weekly as there is usually enough regulars that are absent from the regular list to open up many spots weekly.)
Any dates that members cannot play need to advise admin by email at ladiesnight@mbgl.ca ;you will not be put onto the tee sheets those dates and spots will be filled with spares. Late cancellations and no shows will be penalized.
We’ll make our best effort to keep foursomes together and work with the times requested. Unfortunately, they are no guarantees as it is first come, first served.
Weekly games and prizes. 50/50 tickets will be available every week 3 for $5 (cash only).
Everyone that is registered, be it regular or wait list will receive an email every week whether you are golfing or not as we send these emails from a master list. IF you scheduled yourself not to golf that week and see yourself on the tee sheet, please let us know. We are not perfect believe it or not!
Sign Up:
1. If you are registered as a regular player, your name will be added to the tee sheet weekly unless you have opted out for that week. The rest of your team (if you have one) will be on the tee sheet as usual and a waitlist lady will be added to your group that week.
Cancellations:
- We kindly ask that cancellations be made 5 days in advance in order not to receive a penalty (that is the Wednesday prior to golf and must be done via email only – no calls or texts)
- No-shows will be charged for the full cost of the round ($35) if the cancellation was not made in advance. (Ladies’ day prize pot fee will not apply)
- You will not be added to the tee sheet again until your penalty has been paid
Game Format:
One week individual play and prizes. Can’t win more than 2 weeks in a row. Next week fun game with random prizes – everyone has a chance to win.
Our goal is to play fun golf, socialize and make new friends. As some of you are aware, the booking process to set up all the tee times are time consuming (and all work done is as a volunteer basis and we are not compensated for this time – please respect the time of our volunteers). If tee times are not filled in as the season moves along we will shorten our availability and open them up to the public to play.
Currently there are 218 ladies on the master contact list.
